Homemade grapefruit tea and honey
Overview
My husband's friend gave me a box of sweet red pomelo, four in total. I gave it to three relatives. After eating it, they all said it was red in color and very sweet. So on a whim, I cut it open and the one left behind turned out to be white. Although it was still very sweet, I was a little disappointed, so I thought it would be better to make grapefruit tea!

Steps
-
Remove the flesh from the grapefruit, leave the skin and shred it. The skin should be as thin as possible and can be cut out with a small blade.
-
After the water is boiled, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. The sweetness can be adjusted to your preference. Then add shredded grapefruit peel.
-
When the grapefruit skin is cooked to a translucent color, add the grapefruit meat and flip it a few times with chopsticks.
-
After the water in the pot is boiled, put it on a plate and let it cool. Remember to use low heat to collect the juice. Once cool, add honey and refrigerate. However, it is best to eat it within a week to avoid affecting the taste.
