Overview

Pure milk toast, without eggs, relies entirely on the ACA chef machine to make the dough. After adding butter, a beautiful glove film is formed in 15 minutes, and the finished toast is really amazing

  1. Prepare all materials

  2. Put all the ingredients except butter into a mixing bowl and stir with chopsticks

  7. Take out the dough, make it into a round shape, continue to put it into the mixing bowl, and make a dough (this way you don’t need to occupy 2 basins). Cover the pot with a lid or plastic wrap to keep it moist

  8. The dough that has been fully fermented should be fermented at room temperature of 23 degrees for 2 hours; the specific fermentation time must be determined according to the indoor temperature;

  9. Take out the dough, press to deflate, divide into 3 equal portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes
