Wash the corn kernels and drain the water, cut the green pepper into small pieces and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok. When the oil temperature reaches 50%, put down the green pepper and stir-fry for a few times. Add in the corn kernels and stir-fry until cooked. Add an appropriate amount of salt (you can also boil the corn first and then stir-fry it until it matures later. It depends on your own habits, hehe).
