Steamed bun burger

Steamed bun burger

Overview

The family members caught the train last night. Thinking of making something that is easy to carry and doesn’t require heating? Burritos! But now that we are no longer in the north, supermarkets do not sell burrito crusts. I thought steamed buns would be a good substitute! So this down-to-earth burger was born. In fact, the method is quite simple. I just think it is very convenient and fast and can be used for breakfast frequently, so I will write it down! Ps: It’s best if the protagonist likes steamed buns, otherwise it’s better to use toast slices~

  1. Try to choose large steamed buns and cut them crosswise into three pieces.

  2. Using the back of a spoon, brush the sauce on the first piece of steamed bun. The sauce depends on your preference. I have ketchup and hot sauce. During this process, I also thought about why the big names are using sauce. Probably one is to increase the taste, and the other is to fix the food ~ put lettuce on it - the lettuce area is large, it will look better if it is placed in a layer. The ham is dipped in sauce and fixed on top of the lettuce.

  3. Cover with a piece of steamed bun and brush the steamed bun with sauce. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and other vegetables. Fruits and vegetables that are moist can be fixed well, so no additional dipping sauce is needed! If you happen to have quail eggs, fry one. If you don’t have any, forget about it. Or cut the eggs into small pieces.

  4. Dip the fried eggs into the sauce, secure the third piece of steamed bun, and you're done!

  5. Wrap it in a ziplock bag and take it away. It is simply a must-have item for catching work in the morning and catching the train at midnight!
