Braised tofu with mustard mustard
Overview
Potherb mustard, my mother pickles it in autumn, then freezes it in the refrigerator, takes it out to defrost, and makes the simplest vegetarian dish. It tastes great

Wash and drain the frozen mustard seeds and cut them into 2-3 cm pieces

The ingredients are soybean tofu, but don’t describe too much

Wash the green onions and cut into diamond-shaped segments

Add vegetable oil to the wok, heat slightly, add green onions and stir-fry for half a minute

Add water to the pot, then add mustard mustard and tofu and bring to a boil

Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Because the potherb mustard is pickled, there is no need to add salt. Add chicken essence to taste, then put it on a plate and take it out of the pot. It’s simple~~~
