Overview

I saw it on a popular food show on TV. It was very simple and easy to learn. I thought the recipe was very simple and I could learn it once. After making it, the whole family loved to eat it. It felt like a great accomplishment

  1. eggs 200g

  2. grams of flour

  3. grams of sugar

  4. Add sugar to eggs and beat

  5. Whisk until the liquid can be drawn when picked up and dropped

  6. Add flour and stir evenly up and down

  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread some oil on the bottom

  8. Pour the cake liquid into the baking pan

  9. Shake the air bubbles in the cake liquid

  10. Place in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

  11. It’s out

  12. Very loose and delicious
