Peel the edamame, clean it, and prepare other ingredients.

Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, about the same size as edamame, and mince the garlic.

Add oil to the wok, add minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add edamame and stir-fry.

Add the bell pepper, light soy sauce, pickled cabbage, salt, sugar, and a little water, stir-fry evenly, cover the pot and simmer for a while. (Note, there should be less water)

Drain the water, put it on a plate, sprinkle with millet chili, and that's it.
