Overview
When preparing to make snow-skin mooncakes, just make some extra red bean paste filling for later use. I like to make various homemade fillings. They are high quality, low-cost, and have no additives. They are healthy, delicious and nutritious.

Wash the red adzuki beans and soak them for more than 4 hours

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add soaked red beans and cook

Cook until soft and crumbly when touched with a shovel

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok

Add the cooked red bean paste and stir-fry with appropriate amount of white sugar according to personal taste
