Flower and Fruit Honey Toast
Overview
Before the Spring Festival, I used my points to redeem a bottle of Fruity Rum Flower and Fruit Tea and Crystal Blueberry Flower and Fruit Tea from Love This Tea. I kept them all the time. I knew it was very beautiful to soak in water and drink. Just smelling the dry product made me feel comfortable... But I used it to make toast. It was sweet and sour, rich in fruit and flower flavor, and delicious... Still the Chinese method!

Put the medium-sized ingredients in a bread machine, mix evenly, and ferment twice as much (120 grams of high flour, 4 grams of yeast, 2 grams of salt, 50 grams of water, and 50 grams of honey)

Add the remaining 120 grams of cake flour and 30 grams of sugar (except butter)

Mix the dough ingredients until smooth and then add butter

Fermented to 2.5 times larger

Take out the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts and let it rest for 30 minutes

Then use a flour roll to roll it into a rectangular shape

Place in a toast mold and ferment in a warm and humid place

Ferment until 7 minutes full

Put the oven in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes. Cover with tin foil about 15 minutes in the middle to prevent excessive coloring. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before eating
