Beef Bagel Sandwich
Overview
Use beef filling to make meat patties. You can make several more at a time, with a thickness of 1 to 1.5 cm and a weight of about 100g. Freeze portions in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, defrost it in the refrigerator or at room temperature in advance. This will make it easier to cook and shorten the frying time. You can cook the burgers in any order, as well as the sauces and toppings.

Ingredients
Steps
-
60g beef tenderloin (it is best to use a machine to stir the stuffing, the stickiness is better), 15g onion, 5g carrot, dice them all, add black pepper and mix evenly.
-
Add 5g oyster sauce and 5g egg white, knead evenly, then add 5g olive oil.
-
5g starch.
-
After beating to form the glue, you can also add some bread crumbs to absorb water and facilitate clumping.
-
Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a while to help set it. (Reminder: The diced meat filling is not very sticky. You should pat some starch on the surface when you take it out. First, it will prevent the meat patties from loosening when frying. Second, the color of the finished product will look better after frying). Meatloaf can be made ahead of time, cutting down on breakfast time.
-
Add more oil to the non-stick pan and fry slowly over low heat. Note: Do not stir too much in the middle, as it may fall apart accidentally.
-
After one side is browned, carefully turn it over and wait until the other side is also browned.
-
Reheat plain bagels in oven and cut in half.
-
Spread with basil sauce.
-
Top with lettuce.
-
A slice of cheese
-
Add the fried beef patties and top with sliced pickles.
-
Finally, add bagels and wrap them in oil paper. Delicious beef bagel burger is ready! Start.
