  2. Add water to the wok and bring to a boil over high heat.

  3. Add the pasta, a little salt, a few drops of oil and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and cook.

  4. Stir in the middle and cook for about 12 minutes. Take out one and pinch it off with your hands. It will be cooked when there is no hard core in the middle.
