First, sterilize the containers used for making yogurt in advance with boiling water and dry them. Take out the pure milk Sichuan Xiu children's bacteria powder and set it aside! (Other brands of yogurt fermentation bacteria can also be used)

Pour a small packet of Sichuan Xiu Children's Fungus Powder into a dry yogurt container. (The container must be disinfected with boiling water)

First pour a box of pure milk into the powder (the milk here can be replaced by fresh milk or milk powder, but remember not to use skimmed milk, as it will not ferment)

Then pour in all the remaining milk and stir evenly with a chopstick! (At this time, if you like sweeter yogurt, you can add sugar. If you don’t like sweetness, you can add fruits, jam, cereal, etc. after fermentation.)

Use a spoon to pour the evenly stirred milk into a divided cup and put it into the yogurt machine for fermentation (here I use a quarter cup of the yogurt machine for fermentation. You can also not divide the cup. Just put the milk-saving container directly into the yogurt machine)

After putting it in the yogurt machine, plug it in and let it ferment for about 8 hours, and then you can have thick yogurt. (It takes a little longer in winter, and about 6 hours in summer is enough)
