-
For the raw materials, I use vegetables that I have in the garden. Depending on personal preference, any vegetable will do
-
Cut all the vegetables and set aside. I forgot to take a photo of the eggs just now
-
Add cold water to the flour and mix into a flocculent shape.
-
Knead it into a stiffer dough.
-
To roll it into noodles, I use a dough press, which is super easy to use.
-
Add a little oil to the pot, heat the oil and add the chopped green onion until fragrant.
-
When the aroma comes out, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color
-
Add tomatoes, sugar, salt, soy sauce and stir-fry.
-
Add water and bring to boil.
-
Boil water and add noodles and lettuce leaves.
-
When starting to cook, use chopsticks to stir constantly, otherwise it will burn the pot. When the noodles are cooked, you can take it out of the pot.
-
Pair it with a bowl of chili rings, and a simple and nutritious dinner is ready.
