I have always wanted to make cheesecake, but never succeeded, but this time I made yogurt cake with great success, and it has the same texture as cheesecake.

Melt the butter first

Break the egg whites and egg yolks into a water-free and oil-free plate, beat the two egg yolks and sugar, then add the butter and beat well

Then sift in the flour and cornstarch

Whip egg whites

Add sugar in three batches

Mix the egg yolk paste and the beaten egg white and pour it into the mold

Using the water bath method, the mold is wrapped with tin foil

Use 180 degrees for an hour. Freshly baked
