  1. Prepare the salmon and wash it. I made it for one person, only one piece, you can increase the amount as appropriate

  2. Add salt, cracked black pepper and marinate for about 15 minutes

  3. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and fry over low heat. After one side is fried, carefully turn over to avoid breaking up the fish.

  4. Fry for three to five minutes until the meat turns white on all sides and it is ready to serve

  5. Place on a baking sheet, cut the cheese in half and spread it over the salmon. Put in the oven, lower the heat, 200 degrees for 5 minutes

  7. Place on a plate, preferably warm, not cold. Arrange on a plate and add garnishes. If you like lemon, squeeze some lemon juice on top. I served it with potato salad and cold broccoli, you can also choose your favorite side dishes.
