Strawberry Jam Twisted Thousand Layer Bread
Overview
Based on the commonly used bread recipe, the technique is changed, the pattern is changed, and homemade strawberry jam is added, and the gorgeous large flower plate bread appears. It seems complicated, but it's actually very simple.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing process
-
When it is slightly smooth, add butter and continue the dough kneading process
-
Knead the dough until a large film can be pulled out (the kneading program I used is 50 minutes, and this kind of film can appear), cover with a wet cloth and the lid of the bread machine, and perform basic fermentation
-
Let the bread rise until doubled in size
-
Take it out, place it on the chopping board, deflate it, divide it into 5 equal parts, roll it into balls, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 10 minutes
-
Take one of the dough and roll it into a piece of dough about 18 cm in diameter
-
Cut a piece of oil paper with a diameter larger than the dough piece and place it underneath
-
Spread an appropriate amount of strawberry jam on the dough sheet
-
Process the remaining dough pieces in sequence. The last piece of dough should be rolled out larger to cover the first four pieces
-
Press the excess edge to the bottom
-
Use a 9-inch pizza pan to cover the entire dough
-
Hold the plate with one hand, put the other hand on the dough, and turn it over with strength
-
Pinch the edge of the remaining dough sheet tightly to the body of the cake
-
Cover with parchment paper and then put the cake paper tray on top
-
He held it up and turned it over with both hands, and the plate turned upside down again
-
Use a scraper to press out the impression and divide it into 16 equal parts
-
Place a suitable small cup in the middle to prevent the center from being cut; use the tip of a knife to cut the dough according to the mark
-
In groups of two, one twists to the right twice, the other twists to the left twice
-
Cut off the remaining groups and twist them into patterns
-
Wrap it with greaseproof paper and place it on a baking sheet
-
When the dough has risen to 1.5 times, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle an appropriate amount of black sesame seeds in the center; preheat the oven to 180 degrees
-
Put in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, with upper and lower heat, middle layer, for about 30 minutes, cover with tin foil after the surface is colored
-
Take it out of the oven, demold it, and remove the parchment paper
-
After letting it cool, it’s more enjoyable to tear it into pieces and eat it
