Roast Chicken Gong is a famous traditional Han dish in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City, belonging to the Sichuan cuisine. This dish is delicious, spicy and fragrant. The reason why it is called Rooster Rooster instead of Rooster Rooster is because the local dialect calls rooster Ji Gong.
