Overview
Fried tenderloin is very popular with my husband's family. It is usually sliced, marinated and fried. This time, I changed the previous method and cut it into long strips and fried it with the final seasoning. It is also very popular.

Mix flour, starch, and appropriate amount of water into a paste.

Add the meat cut into chopstick shapes and marinated in soy sauce and egg white.

When the oil in the pan is 40% hot, add the tenderloin strips.

Remove until it changes color.

Continue to heat the oil to high temperature, pour in the fried meat strips and fry again.

Add cumin powder and pepper powder and appropriate amount of salt and mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle the prepared flour on the fried meat strips.
