osmanthus native chicken of 3 pounds and 7 taels, cleaned

Bring water to a boil in an earthen pot and add chicken

Then add carrots, corn, yam and water chestnut ginger

After the water boils again, cook over low heat. Turn the chicken over halfway and let it dry

Generally, a chicken weighing more than 3 pounds will be almost cooked in 10 to 12 minutes. Poke the chicken leg with chopsticks and it will be cooked if there is no blood

Put the chicken on a plate, add the pork bones, boil the water and remove the oil, simmer for 2 hours, and the delicious soup is ready
