Magic winter melon
Overview
Purple cabbage turns pink when exposed to white vinegar, and the color is very stunning. I did this when making five-color dumplings during the Spring Festival a few years ago. The pink winter melon strips I made today can be dipped in Sprite and topped with honey; you can also mix them with Thousand Island dressing. Try it yourself. There is also one made with amaranth juice, which has the same beautiful color. See another recipe - rouge lotus root slices. There are three primary colors in nature, which are unknown and powerful. Pinks such as peach red and rose pink consider themselves red + white, sighing: "Pink" Xu, the beauty is wearing a red dress; Xu, the beauty is wearing a wisp of white gauze; Looking at each other from a distance, the beauty is like a red peach blossom (Qiuyue's improvised original poem, funny)
