  1. Wash and peel the Sydney pears, cut the pear flesh into pieces, and set aside the pear skin.

  2. Soak the white fungus and tear it into small pieces for later use.

  3. Add pear flesh and pear skin to Mibo main pot.

  4. Add white fungus, rock sugar and water.

  5. Cover the pot lid and measuring cup, set to 40 minutes/98 degrees/level 1 (reverse) and cook.

  6. Finally, add the wolfberry, cover the pot and cook for another 5 minutes. After cooking, take out the pear soup, remove the pear skin and serve.
