Bacon Potato Rolls
Overview
This is the first time I have seen bacon made entirely from fine meat. Hormei’s classic fine meat bacon is made by frying. It is fragrant but not greasy, tender and a little chewy. Wash the potatoes, make crosses on the skin and add water to cook.
