Overview
If you don’t have enough rice, make some whole grains to eat. The cornmeal buns are soft and delicious. If you like gaba, fry it in a pan to make it more delicious.

Kneading noodles.

After mixing, cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Fermented dough.

Knead and deflate the dough and divide into 10 small portions.

Knead it into a shape like this in the middle of the two points.

Put the pot on the steaming curtain and let it rise again for 20 minutes. Steam in the pot with cold water. Boil the water for 20 minutes and turn off the heat and simmer for 4 minutes with the lid off.

This is ready to eat.

If you want the bottom to be crispy, add oil to a frying pan and fry it again.
