Homemade delicious yogurt

My baby has been fond of drinking yogurt since he was a child. The Sichuanxiu yogurt machine I redeemed just arrived today. I immediately made some yogurt for my baby and topped it with my baby’s favorite blueberry jam. Not to mention how delicious it was!

Wash the yogurt machine and scald it with boiling water to sterilize and set aside!

Prepare pure milk (any brand will do)

Prepare bacterial powder

Take 1/4 of the milk and put it into a basin, add 1g of bacterial powder, stir evenly to prevent the bacterial powder from sinking under the basin, then add the remaining milk

Stir everything evenly

Add an appropriate amount of hot water around 45 degrees into the yogurt machine (it’s fine if it’s not hot!) You don’t need to add water now that the temperature is high!

Put the liner of the yogurt machine into it and pour in the stirred milk

Just fill it up with 8 points!

Close the lid of the liner!

Put the outer lid back on! The sealing effect is good!

Just plug in the yogurt maker and you’re done! Wait 6 to 10 hours and the yogurt is ready! If you want something a little sour, you can extend the fermentation time!

The yogurt I have been waiting for 6 hours is ready! (Other yogurt machines take more than 10 hours to make yogurt, but Sichuan Xiu yogurt machine only takes 6 hours!) After taking it out, let it cool slightly, then put it in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours to taste better!
