A gift to take a break from your busy schedule—decorated cake with Angry Birds
Overview
My best friend's handsome boy has a birthday, so he must make a cake. I've been really busy lately, so busy that I almost flew into the sky. The boss of the unit and department asked for a long leave for something, and I was jumping up and down all by myself. There is a rabbit at home who goes to school and is served three meals a day. The store has just started and everything is being explored. However, everything is not a problem. Seeing that boy's bright smile, I am not tired no matter how tired I am! I heard from Rabbit that at night, those little ones turned the birthday girl into a cat with a painted face, hahaha!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Five medium eggs, mine were a little too small.
-
Separate egg yolks from egg whites
-
Add 30 grams of sugar, 80 ml of vegetable oil, and 80 ml of milk to the egg yolks. Be sure to stir evenly in batches. Sift in 120 grams of low-gluten flour. Stir evenly and set aside.
-
Add 70 grams of sugar to the egg whites. You can add it in batches. I am lazy and do it all at once.
-
Whip the egg whites at high speed until there are straight sharp corners when you lift the egg beater. This is the beaten egg white.
-
Add one-third of the egg whites into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly. Do not make circles, but mix up and down like stir-fry.
-
After mixing evenly, add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix evenly. Finally, pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white basin and mix evenly. Pour the batter into the mold, place it on the countertop and shake it a few times to release bubbles. Preheat the oven to 145 degrees and bake it for an hour. Turn it upside down immediately after taking it out of the oven. I baked it when I got home at noon and was in a hurry to go to work, so I didn't take any pictures.

This is a baked cake. It must be removed from the mold after cooling. I did not remove it from the mold until I got home from get off work in the afternoon. I'm a little anxious, I made it during my lunch break, and I also have to cook for the rabbit, woo woo
-
Cut the cake into two pieces from the space
-
Put the cream into a water-free and oil-free basin and whip it until you can see upright sharp corners when you lift the whisk. Golden diamonds are easier to whip.
-
This is whipped cream
-
Spread butter between the two layers
-
Start smoothing the flat surface, hold the spatula at a 45-degree angle to the cake, and turn the decorating table.
-
This is what it looks like after it's been spread. I'm preparing to decorate the entire cake, so the spread is a bit sloppy.
-
Use a toothpick to draw the outline of a bird on the cake. Then draw the outline with melted chocolate sauce. The chocolate I used this time was not easy to use, so I was in a hurry and didn't take any pictures.
-
Mix the coloring into the butter and decorate it with a cookie nozzle. It would have been better to use a small six-tooth nozzle, but unfortunately my six-tooth nozzle was missing, so the bird looked more majestic.
