Prepare chocolate bricks or chocolate coins of various colors. The Korean MOMOI brand I use here has a very pure taste.

Put various colored chocolate bricks or chocolate coins into a piping bag, tie the bag tightly and set aside.

Pour boiling water into a stainless steel basin and put the piping bag into the basin to melt.

While waiting for melting, take silicone lollipop molds and lollipop picks and set aside.

Squeeze the melted and softened chocolate into the bottom point of the piping bag as much as possible, and re-tie the mouth of the piping bag.

Turn the silicone mold over and place it, take one of the colors, use scissors to cut a small opening in the bottom piping bag, and quickly squeeze out the flowing chocolate syrup on the eyes. This action needs to be quick and careful, otherwise the chocolate syrup will quickly harden and become difficult to shape.

Or change another color and continue to fill the head and chest. If you are operating in winter and feel that the solidified chocolate syrup is difficult to control, you can place a hair dryer next to the operating table. As soon as the chocolate hardens, heat it immediately to return it to a liquid state. This method is simpler than those who are operating for the first time.

After the details of the chocolate are decorated, it is time to fill a large area of the whole body with chocolate syrup. At this time, the mouth of the piping bag should be cut larger, and more chocolate syrup is needed. You also need to fill the bottom part quickly. Fill the chocolate syrup to half of the empty space, and put the lollipop sticks in the right position.

You can choose different colors according to your own preferences. After filling all the molds, wait for the chocolate to solidify completely before taking out the molds. Don't be too impatient. If the chocolate is not solidified and dried, the surface will not be smooth when you remove it, which will affect the overall effect of the shape.

After the solidified lollipop is pressed gently under the mold with your fingers, a perfect lollipop will come out easily according to the pattern. Isn't it cute?
