First, heat the milk slightly, add yeast, mix, and let stand for about 5 minutes

Put the flour, sugar and salt into the bread machine and mix well. Mix the fermented milk well and pour it into the bread machine

Knead into a ball and add butter

I usually knead the dough twice and the dough will come out

Waiting for one

Ferment until it doubles in size and it does not shrink or rebound

Divide the exhaust into 3 equal parts, roll into balls, cover and let rest for 5 minutes

Roll out the dough

Roll up

Pour into a bread mold, cover with plastic wrap and wait for 2 rises

If the score reaches 8 points, it will be stamped

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes
