Prepare the ingredients, rub the grapefruit skin with salt, and then clean it*^_^*

Peel the grapefruit and cut the skin into small strips*^_^*

Preliminarily remove the white flocculation inside the grapefruit peel

After the first pass of removing white skin

Continue to remove the remaining white peel from the grapefruit peel

Soak the cleaned grapefruit skin in light salt water for about 30 minutes

Prepare grapefruit pulp

Cut the soaked grapefruit skin into thin strips

Put the pot on the fire, add a little water and melt 150 grams of rock sugar. Then add the shredded grapefruit peel and cook until the grapefruit peel becomes transparent. Pour the prepared grapefruit pulp into the pot and cook. Simmer over high heat until there is less water, then turn to low heat and cook, then turn off the heat after about twenty minutes*^_^*
