Steps
-
This time I used Jiusan peanut oil, and the bread was really fragrant and sweet!
-
Put all the ingredients into one container!
-
After kneading into a ball, keep kneading, then add dry powder once in the middle, and then knead out the glove film! (This job is quite tiring)
-
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the oven to start the fermentation function for two hours!
-
It’s fermented and looks beautiful!
-
Take out the fermented noodles, separate them into 28 pieces, knead 8 pieces into long strips and cut them into roughly the same size! As pictured!
-
Knead it into a ball and use it as a frog’s head!
-
Use the remaining dough to make the frog’s eyes, roll it into long strips and divide it into evenly sized balls!
-
Glue the two eyes of the frog with water, then put it into the oven for fermentation mode for two hours again, take it out and brush it with egg wash (I forgot to take pictures of this step), and preheat the oven to 180° in the middle for 15 minutes!
-
Wash the lettuce, sausage, wait until the bread is baked and cool slightly, cut it, add the lettuce and sausage and that’s it!
