Caramel Almond Brittle

This is also a quick cookie. It is one of my favorite cookies. The almond slices are baked at high temperature, making it fragrant and delicious. In the process of boiling and baking, the sugar syrup will continue to color until it is slightly caramelized, giving it a rich caramel flavor. An unforgettable experience~

Prepare cake base ingredients

Make the cake base first: soften the butter, put it into a basin and mix well

Add fine sugar and stir evenly in one direction

Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour

Wrap a 9*18 mousse mold with a layer of tin foil

Place in the preheated oven, set the middle rack to 180 degrees, and bake for about 10 minutes, until the surface is slightly brown

Make the filling: Place maltose and honey in a small pot. Then add light cream

Finally add butter and caster sugar and heat over low heat until it begins to boil. Add the almond slices and continue to cook over low heat for a few minutes until the soup dries up
