When adding milk, add it little by little. Add the butter according to the dryness and humidity of the flour. After adding the butter, rub the butter completely into the flour.

After kneading evenly, cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it for 20 minutes. This step cannot be omitted.

After the time is up, preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 10 minutes, and then divide the dough into even small doughs, mine is about 40 grams per dough. Divide and place directly on the baking sheet.
