Divide the tofu skin into strips of suitable width (the tofu skin can be blanched in advance to remove the beany smell and taste better, I was lazy and skipped this step).

Spread each strip of tofu skin and brush with barbecue sauce.

Fold the top third of the tofu skin towards the middle.

Then fold the bottom third of the tofu skin towards the middle, that is, the final width becomes one third of the original width, and wrap the sauce inside.

If there is too much sauce, it will flow out a little. It doesn't matter. You will also brush some sauce on the surface during the final baking.

Just bake at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes. (You can take it out and turn it over, brush it with sauce, and then put it in the oven to bake. I was lazy and skipped turning it over, which does not affect the effect)
