Red bean roll toast

My family’s favorite food is prepared bread. This is no problem at all. Today I used the PE8500W bread machine to make a red bean roll toast. After the finished product came out, I directly broke out a red bean roll with my hands, without even slicing it!

First put liquid milk, light cream and egg liquid in the bread barrel (leave a little for brushing), then put sugar in one corner and salt in another corner

Add flour and yeast powder

Put the bread bucket into the machine, press the menu button, and select start dough kneading, the default is 20 minutes. When you see the dough forming, add the butter cut into small pieces and continue the dough kneading process

Start basic fermentation. After about 45 minutes to 1 hour, when the dough has doubled in size, use your fingers to make a hole in the middle and it will not shrink back to end the process

Take out the fermented dough, flatten it to deflate, divide it into four equal parts and let it rest for a while

Take a piece of relaxed dough and roll it into a rectangular shape. Spread with bean paste filling

Roll it up slowly

Cut in half

Put the red bean rolls into the bread bucket

Start the secondary fermentation. After about 1 hour, observe the fermentation situation. The process will end when the bread barrel is 70-80% full

Select the baking program, the default time is 30 minutes, this is the finished product after baking
