Home-style fried thin noodles
Overview
I made fried egg noodles today. I was too lazy to steam the noodles myself, so I bought steamed noodles from outside. You can also roll the noodles at home, mix them with some oil, and steam them in a steamer for ten minutes. Below are my detailed steps for making fried noodles. I hope it will be helpful to everyone!
