Sweet and Sour Apple Sauce
Overview
The bread machine has a jam function. I have always bought it just for kneading dough, but I have never used jam. I happened to have apples at home, so I did some homework and used the bread machine to make apple jam. I originally wanted to put some sugar in it, but I happened to be busy at home and forgot about it. I bought lemons. I ordered them online, but they didn’t arrive. Fortunately, I didn't make much, just two apples, hehe (the first time I made it, I naturally made it a little less. If it's done successfully, I'll make more). After making it, I took a small spoonful with a small spoon and gave it to my daughter and husband to taste. They both said it tasted good, but they didn't guess what it was made of, especially my daughter came to her mouth again and wanted to have some more. It feels so good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Two apples, washed and set aside
-
Peel.
-
Remove the core and cut into small pieces. Try to do it as quickly as possible. Apples are prone to oxidation.
-
Put a small amount of water in the bread machine bucket, not too much. Add diced apples
-
Just press the jam button and wait for it to be made and put into the bottle. (The bottle must be clean, oil-free and sealable. Put it in while it’s hot, cover it and turn it upside down.)
