After the butter has softened at room temperature, add sugar and beat with a whisk until fluffy and white.

Add the eggs in three additions, adding each time after the eggs and butter are fully incorporated before adding the next time.

Mix and sift the baking powder and flour, knead into a dough and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Spread the peanuts on a plate and microwave them on high heat for 6 minutes. Take them out and flip them a few times. When you hear a "crackling" sound, they are ready. Take them out to dry, then rub off the red skin, crush them on the board with a rolling pin and set aside.

Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

Place the biscuits with crushed peanuts on the baking sheet, making sure they are not too close together to avoid sticking during baking.

After the oven is preheated, place it in the oven and bake (upper and lower tubes, 180℃ middle rack, 18 minutes).
