Scrambled eggs with tomatoes

It was the first time that the old man cooked for me, haha. In order to eat with him from far away, I rushed to the supermarket early in the morning and bought tomatoes and eggs. I wanted to spend a sweet and sour weekend with him at the same time

Wash the tomatoes and soak them in boiling water for a few minutes, then peel and pull them easily

Remove the butts from the tomatoes (a bit obsessive-compulsive hehe) and cut them into pieces. Because the tomatoes are very small, I cut them into four pieces

Beat the eggs and add an appropriate amount of salt and a spoonful of water. This will make them tender. Then pour oil into the hot pan and slide in the eggs. When they solidify, stir them quickly and take them out. Make sure they are not too old.

Add some oil and a little chopped green onion, pour in the tomatoes, be careful if water pops out, then add salt and sugar (my old man and I both like sweet things, so just add more. Friends who like sour things can add less or not at all)

When the tomatoes are obviously tender and soft, you can add the eggs that you scooped out before and blend them into one. Taste the saltiness and adjust the appropriate amount, then wait for it to come out of the pot
