Put the dough ingredients into the bread machine in the order of adding liquid first, then flour, and finally yeast, and knead until the expansion stage

Deflate the risen dough and divide it into four parts

Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a round cake, the diameter should not exceed the diameter of the mold.

Place the dough on parchment paper and spread a layer of peanut butter on the dough.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.

Roll the second piece of dough into a round cake the same size as the first one, cover it with the first dough piece, spread the sauce and sprinkle the fruit bits on it.

Roll out and fold all the dough in this way. (4 dough pancakes sandwiched with 3 layers of stuffing)

Leave an appropriate amount of space in the middle and cut the dough into 16 knives on average.

Place the bread dough and oil paper into the mold and continue to ferment until it is about doubled in size.
