A bright, tasty and nutritious winter treat. Yellow, green, black, red. . . . . . If the frying time is shorter, the color will be more vivid. For my children to eat, I usually fry it a little bit. The color is not good-looking and it doesn’t taste crispy, but the important thing is that my son likes to eat it.

  1. Prepare raw materials.

  3. The cucumbers and carrots look better when fried into rhombus shapes, because I cut them into parallelograms. Slice green onions.

  5. First add the salad oil and fry the eggs. Serve out. Then pour in the remaining salad oil, about 15 grams.
