Vegetarian Sanxian
Overview
A bright, tasty and nutritious winter treat. Yellow, green, black, red. . . . . . If the frying time is shorter, the color will be more vivid. For my children to eat, I usually fry it a little bit. The color is not good-looking and it doesn’t taste crispy, but the important thing is that my son likes to eat it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare raw materials.
-
The fungus should be soaked in cold water two hours in advance.
-
The cucumbers and carrots look better when fried into rhombus shapes, because I cut them into parallelograms. Slice green onions.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix.
-
First add the salad oil and fry the eggs. Serve out. Then pour in the remaining salad oil, about 15 grams.
-
After the oil boils, add green onion slices and a few drops of light soy sauce. Add the carrot slices first and then the cucumber slices, stir and then add the fungus. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Serve out. As shown in the picture.
