  1. 200g of soybeans. I want to make the beans fragrant enough, so I put more soybeans.

  9. Pour into the stockpot and bring to a boil.

  10. Prepare 3g of internal fat.

  11. Pour it into a container, dissolve it with warm water at about 40 degrees, and set aside.

  12. Bring the soy milk to a boil and cook for another 3 minutes. During this period, you will see a layer of tofu coating on the surface. Use chopsticks to scoop it up and scoop it out 2-3 times. That's it.

  13. Boil the soy milk for two to three minutes and then turn off the heat. Wait until the soy milk cools to about 80 degrees. Pour it into a bowl where the fat has melted and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

  14. The finished product, fat tofu. It can be eaten directly cold. Very fragrant.
