Boil water in a pot, put pork belly and lean meat into the pot and blanch;

Cut the red dates in half, remove the core, and slice the ginger. My red ginseng was not cut properly and was too hard. Cut Codonopsis into sections and set aside.

The amount of ingredients and water depends on the size of the stew pot and the number of people eating. What I am making here is for two people. Add water to the stew pot and use the bowl you usually use for eating. Five bowls of water are enough.

Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, which is enough. The electric stew pot is very convenient and can be scheduled.
