Pineapple Stewed with Rock Sugar
Overview
When I was a kid, I had pineapple jam made by my mom, but it took a long time, so I wanted to come up with a new recipe myself! Finally I succeeded! Hahaha

Remove the center of the pineapple and chop the pineapple into small pieces

Wash the lemon salt water, slice it and remove the seeds. Place the lemon slices on the bottom layer, and then cover with rock sugar

Pineapple spread on top of rock sugar

Finally, pour in the white sugar

Cook on high heat for one hour, then on low heat for two hours, then put it into a pot and boil out the water

Done! Let cool and then put into glass jars
