Momoyama mooncakes have become popular in recent years. When I first heard about it, I was surprised by the name. After searching for information, I found out that it was named after the place of origin. Apart from anything else, it tastes really good, and it’s very easy to make~ Ingredients: 200g of matcha-flavored Japanese Momoyama skin, 200g of bean paste filling

Take out the bean paste filling

Knead it with both hands for a while

Divide into 8 portions, each weighing about 25g, roll into balls and set aside

Take a portion of matcha flavored Momoyama peel

Knead it with both hands for a while

Divide into 25g portions and roll into balls

Take a matcha peel and press it in the center with your thumb to make a pit shape

Put in a bean paste filling

Slowly rub the skin upwards to evenly cover the filling

Until finally wrapped and sealed

Wrap all the skins and fillings in turn

After placing it on the baking tray, put the mold on the outside of the wrapped cake base and press down to create a pattern
