Okra with fish fillet
Overview
I have loved eating fish since I was a child. When I was working in Shenzhen, I often went to Yunnan Guoqiao Rice Noodles with my colleagues for work meals. Every time I ate, I would order a fish steak, which makes me think about it. The fish meat of Longli fish is fresh and tender, nutritious and delicious. It is coated with a layer of egg liquid and bread crumbs and then fried to a golden color. It tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is very appetizing when paired with some tomato sauce and okra.

Prepare the required materials

Wash the fish fillets, squeeze out the water and marinate them with salt, pepper, ginger and cooking wine for 10 minutes

Coat both sides of the filleted fish fillets with cornstarch, then coat with egg wash

Put it into the bread crumbs and stick it (it will not fall off when you press it with your hands)

Heat oil in a pan, fry fish fillets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides

Blanch the okra, remove it raw and drain it into cold water (add some salt when blanching to enhance the flavor)
