Peanut Butter Cookies
Overview
I have homemade peanut butter at home, and I don’t know how to finish it. I happened to see Tuotuo’s mother’s recipe. It’s simple and delicious. Mine was half less than the original recipe.

After softening the butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy and white in color

Add the whole egg mixture to the whipped butter in three batches, adding each time until the eggs and butter are fully mixed before adding the next batch.

Add peanut butter and mix well.

After sifting in the low flour and baking soda, stir evenly without any obvious dry powder particles.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, scoop it out with a spoon and place it directly on the baking sheet (bake on low), bake for 20 minutes and let it simmer with the remaining heat for another 10 minutes. It will be very crispy.

When baked, it fits into a baking pan.
