Peanut, Mushroom and Mutton Soup

I have always made radish and mutton stew soup, so today I have a change of taste, and it feels good!

  1. Wash the peanuts, soak them in water for a while and set aside.

  2. Wash the dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, and set aside.

  3. Prepare ginger slices and green onion segments and set aside.

  4. Cut carrots into hob shapes and set aside.

  5. Blanch the mutton, wash with cold water and set aside.

  6. Add all ingredients except carrots to the saucepan and add enough water.

  7. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.

  8. Add carrots.

  9. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, simmer for half an hour, and remove from the pot.
