Fried green peppers with eggs
Overview
This dish is one of my husband's favorites. I use non-spicy green peppers, which are very fragrant and slightly spicy when fried.

Dice green pepper

Put more oil in the pot, stir-fry the reduced egg liquid quickly, put it on a plate and set aside

Use the remaining oil in the pot and stir-fry the green pepper, add salt and stir-fry for two minutes
