First, separate the egg whites and yolks into two oil-free and water-free containers

Separated egg yolk

Add sugar to egg yolks

Add corn oil and pure milk

Use a hand mixer to mix well

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites, then add sugar in batches and beat until as shown in the picture

Add one-third of the beaten egg whites to the mixed egg yolk liquid and mix

Then pour the egg batter mixed in step 8 into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly. Sift in the low flour and mix evenly into the plate. Shake out the air bubbles

Put it into the oven preheated to 170 degrees in advance. My oven temperature is relatively high and it will be ok in 20 minutes!
