I feel like today is the hottest day in the summer, and I want to eat something to cool down. Bitter melon is cool in nature, which is just suitable for eating in such weather.

Prepare materials

Slice the bitter melon, add some starch to the eggs and a little water and mix well.

Add oil to a hot pan and add the eggs. Be careful to keep the heat low otherwise the eggs will get old easily. Stir fry a few times.

When cooked, scoop it up and put it in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan, add bitter gourd and stir-fry for a few times. Add an appropriate amount of salt and some water and stir-fry until cooked for 8 minutes. Put down the eggs and stir-fry for a few times.
