Orange peel candy

Overview

In the past, you could buy orange peel candies in the small market in your hometown, but you can no longer buy them. I miss the taste so much. I tried making it and I can still find the taste of that year.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the orange peel with salt and pat dry.

   

2. 2 Remove the orange peel.

   

3. 3 Remove the white part.

   

4. 4 Wash well with salt water.

   

5. 5 Add water to the pot and add orange zest.

   

6. 6 Add rock sugar and cook porridge over low heat.

   

7. 7 Cook until the juice dries up and the orange peel becomes transparent.

   

8. 8 Dip the boiled orange peel into the caster sugar.

   

9. 9 Leave to dry.
